Terms and Conditions
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SERVICE RESERVATION
• By booking an appointment, you confirm the service, date, and time
• Appointments are subject to availability and stylist confirmation
• Services are provided at the salon location only
2. ADVANCE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
An advance payment of 10% of the service price is required to confirm your booking.
CANCELLATION REFUND SCHEDULE:
• Cancellation 48+ hours before appointment: 100% refund of advance payment
(Appointment slot is released and may be offered to another client)
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund of advance payment
(Slot remains reserved; stylist has blocked time)
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: Documented losses are deducted from advance payment. Remaining balance is refunded within 14 days.
(Slot remains reserved; stylist has already prepared)
DOCUMENTED LOSSES INCLUDE:
• Stylist time: Calculated as hourly rate × service duration
• Materials prepared for your service: Hair dyes, treatment products, etc.
EXAMPLE:
Service: Hair Coloring (120 minutes)
Advance Payment (10%): 15 CHF
If cancelled <24 hours:
- Stylist time: 75 CHF/hour × 2 hours = 150 CHF
- Hair dye cost: 15 CHF
- Total documented losses: 165 CHF
- Since losses exceed advance payment, no refund is due
RESCHEDULING:
• Rescheduling 24+ hours in advance: No penalty, advance payment applied to new date
• Rescheduling less than 24 hours: Documented losses apply (same as cancellation)
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING:
• Option 1: Click the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email
• Option 2: Contact the salon directly (phone, email, WhatsApp)
• Refunds are processed within 1 hour of cancellation request
• Refunded amount appears in your account within 1-3 business days (bank processing time)
3. NO-SHOW POLICY (Did Not Arrive)
• If you do not appear for your appointment without prior notice: 100% of advance payment is forfeited
• This covers stylist payment, reserved time, and materials costs
• Your appointment slot remains in our records
• Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions
4. PAYMENT TERMS
• Advance payment (10%) is due at booking
• Remaining payment (90%) is due on the day of service
• We accept all major credit cards and cash
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and cancellation fees at any time
• Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• You will be notified via email of significant changes
By completing this booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the advance payment/cancellation policy.
